Share Bruges Home with your Facebook Friends

Earlier this week Bruges Home implemented a Facebook application that brings a social aspect to the site. When you visit Bruges Home you'll notice a button at the top of the page (right of the logo) that says 'connect with facebook.' Click on that link and login with your facebook account and you'll see that your profile picture and name appears at the top. As you browse any of Bruges Home's products, you'll see 'Share on Facebook.' Click that link and you can share that product with a friend or post it on your wall.

This is a great way to tell your family and friends what you want or share what you like from Bruges' unique collection of furniture, home decor and accessories. Designers can also collaborate with clients by sending product information via Facebook.

Decoupage

Decoupage is the art of cutting and gluing paper images to surfaces.

John Derian, an avid collector of antique fruit, flower and animal prints, hand-paints borders over centuries-old ledgers and letters. He combines all these elements into charmingly eccentric collages, which are reprinted and pieced together in layers under glass accessories.

Karin Garcia is an Argentinian born artist well known for her decoupaged furniture. She prints her own paper and creates magnificent designs beneath resin, that she calls 'Functional Art'.
